Hello Chapter Members:

I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to serve as your new president.  I have worked for the Missouri State Employee’s Retirement System (MOSERS) in Jefferson City for 24 years and have been a Records Supervisor for the past 16 years.  I have been a member of ARMA and our local chapter since May of 1999. 

Please join me in welcoming our two new board members as directors: Jana Taylor from PSRS and Jackie Wagner from City of Columbia.  I also want to say thanks for the continued support from the existing board members.

It is now time to gear up and start planning for the 2010-2011 chapter year. We are having planning meetings during the month of July and August, so please contact me or a board member if you have any suggestions for meeting topics, speakers and/or tour locations.  The board is very open to chapter membership ideas and involvement.

I look forward to seeing you this year.  Check out our website for educational and professional development topics for the coming year.  

If you know anyone who may be interested in learning more about records management and ARMA, please refer them to this website and/or encourage them to attend a monthly meeting.
